Is there an application fee?

Yes, there is a $50 nonrefundable application fee.

What else is needed for the application?

A driver’s license and social security card are required.

What are the requirements for renting an apartment at Claire Gardens?

We ask that you have a minimum credit score of 550+, no prior evictions, no repossessions, and no criminal history. The minimum income requirement is $2025 per month for a 2-bedroom unit and $2250 per month for a 3-bedroom unit.

How much is the monthly rent at Claire Gardens?

The monthly rent is $725 for a 2-bedroom unit, or $800 for a 3-bedroom unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit for any unit is equal to the first month's rent.

What is the duration of the lease?

The initial lease is for a minimum of three months and then converts to month-to-month.

Which party is responsible for gas/electricity and water?

Tenants are responsible for paying for their gas and electricity. Claire Gardens pays up to $50 for water per apartment.

Are pets allowed at Claire Gardens?

Yes, however there is a one time nonrefundable fee of $150 per pet. Pit bulls and Rottweilers are not allowed.

How many baths are in each apartment?

All apartments are single bath.

Do you accept cash?

No, we accept checks, money orders, debit and credit cards.
